Payment options
Hobbynuts.Com accepts all major credit cards, PayPal and Money orders (ONLY USPS Money Orders are accepted, and personal checks. Please keep ion mind that Checks will take 10 days to clear. If you would like to pay by Money order or check please email for shipping cost. Please make the money order or checks payable to E. Edwards and send to the address below.

Shipping Notification
In most cases Hobbynuts.Com uses USPS shipping and prints labels from Pay Pal which sends tracking information via email on the day the order shipped. For Items purchased with MO or Check an email will be sent with the tracking info.

To cancel an order
Hobbynuts.com must be notified within 24 hours, via email, of any cancellations.

Return Policy
An Email must be sent within 24 hours of receipt of an item that you intend to return it. All returned items must be received in saleable condition within 7 days of receipt. Any shrink-wrap packaging must be intact. Upon our receipt of the item, you will receive a credit for the amount of the item returned, shipping excluded - unless the item was improperly described by Hobbynuts. Once the returned item has been received and inspected a refund or credit will be given please allow 7 Business Days for the credit to be processed. Damaged Shipments
If an item comes in damaged via USPS please call or email Hobbynuts immediately. If the item was shipped via UPS contact the UPS immediately to put in a claim. The UPS will contact us with the Claim information typically within 2 - 6 Business Days. After we have been contacted by the carrier we will contact you concerning a replacement item.

APO and FPO
For APO, FPO, Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico, items will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

Receiving the order
All orders placed with Hobbynuts.com have a 1 to 5 Business Day processing time. After your order has been received and processed, your order will be shipped via U.S.P.S or UPS.
Hobbynuts.com charges Sales Tax to all VA. Residents only.
