    Ilyushin IL2-M3 Stormovik

   This is a beautiful, highly detailed, 1/48th scale Ilyushin IL2-M3 Stormovik. A versatile WWII Russian aircraft used by it's crew to attack German Tanks. The aircraft was armor plated to protect the crew and aircraft vital systems from ground fire while carrying sufficient firepower to punch through the thinner armor plating usually found on the upper surfaces of the German tanks. Molded in grey and clear with over 120 pieces this plastic model kit features detailed recessed panel lines, very detailed cockpit complete with seat, control stick, instrument panel, side panels, a canopy that can be built opened or closed, a gunner's cockpit complete with seat, gun sights, UBT machine gun, very detailed landing gear with optional weighted or non-weighted tires, 250kg bombs and RS-132 rockets, an option to mount gondola cannons,and with 2 Cartograf waterslide decals for 3 versions of the aircraft, and the detailed pictorial instructions this kit will be a joy to assemble and display.
